You'll get to a new local or toll-free number through Twilio (a highly trusted third-party communication company) that will be dedicated to your SmartTutor system. If you already have a Twilio account and phone number, great! You can use it.
Text message rates do apply and are on average $.01 per message, but range from $.0005-.02 per message. Additionally, the purchase of a Twilio phone number is $1-2 per month.
You'll be provided with a complete library of how-to training videos and campaign templates to make getting setup easy! We also offer weekly Office Hours where you can hop on and ask questions or troubleshoot with us, live. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at support@smarttutor.io.
Yes! You can edit the already-made follow up sequence messages to make them more "you!" In addition to editing the messages with your specific contact information, etc..you can change up the wording and even add emojis if that's your thing! 😛
Yes! There are additional costs depending on the country, ranging from $.01 - .08. Just enable the international feature within your Twilio account with the click of a button.
